04/12/2021nI have been with this storage facility for a few years now and I love it. All the staff are exceptionally nice and always helpful. Definitely recommend for storing anything. Have awesome climate control units and are competitively priced! They are a must for your storage needs!
What an awesome facility. I have been with life storage for several years moving and they are always there for me. Wayne at this location was outstanding. Customer Service at it's highest! They have been on point and always keeping me updated. The office was closed during this incident and Wayne had a person come on site to resolve the issue. Talk about service! Thank you Life Storage for your prompt reply and staying on task to resolve any issues. :-)
In the last few months I've made several changes to my storage unit plan. Each staff person that helped me was over the moon pleasant and helpful. I've had units for quite a while and watched this location go through a dark time with certain individuals. But ALL is well again and the new staff are doing a tremendous job! It's much appreciated! Highly recommend this location!!
It's a pleasure doing business with Kim and Wayne. They very professional. I started with a smaller unit then switched to a larger one. They made the transition easy. The place is clean and we'll organized. The staff is very friendly.
Wayne was very helpful & kind with get us checked in for our unit. Check in was quick, simple, and straightforward! 5 star service & would 100% recommend this Life Storage location to anyone in the area in search of a unit.
