Susan had a warm smile and a great knowledge on the storage units. Had my things here as I was on deployment and they are very military friendly. Everything was in great condition and even has climate control. Great place to keep my things.
Brenda was awesome, really kind and informative. This Public storage is in a good area. Got us everything we needed and answered all our questions. I feel very comfortable with leaving my belongings here. 10/10 service.
Worst experience ever. My mother rented a small storage unit for a couple of months bc she lives out of town and got all her things out late February but forgot to about the lock and they have been charging her every single month for a unit she’s no longer using. When we tried calling up there they were not understanding and offered no help. They’re just money hungry! Watch out for this place!
Susan has given me amazing customer service!! She was very helpful and got me into my storage unit very fast. Everything was convenient. Highly recommend this place!! Remember to ask for susan!!
