I give this storage facility a five-star if I could give it more stars I would. I've been in this storage unit for quite a while now had a few incidents to wear I was planning on moving. Taking my business elsewhere. Then Ellen helped my transfer go smoothly.she is very professional courteous and helpful. I don't normally write reviews but I figured I needed to write this one.
I used this location for about 2 years. Ellen was so incredibly kind and accommodating. Any time I needed something she would be right there to help. I would definitely recommend this location! Thank you Ellen for making it a plesant experience!
Ms. Ellen was amazing! Made the process super smooth, reassuring and easy with exceptional customer service. Definitely my go to for all my storage needs!
I can't begin how to tell you all how Ellen from public storage has been the greatest help and sense of relief when having three storage units at one time. She is the kindest, sweetest and most helpful employee I have ever worked with! Thank you Ellen and public storage for taking care of us and our units when we can't!
