Ms. Karen and her staff are just great! They are always friendly and welcoming. The office and grounds are always well kept. This is a great location.. I was on my way OOT and Ms. Karen called to let me know i had left something in my storage. Great customer service. I would highly recommend this location.

The way the gate is set up you have to get out of your car walk a little bit enter your pin walk back to your car and then drive to the gate just to get it. A lot of their customers like to park in the middle of the road so they block up a whole row when loading or unloading. Some of the units looked sketchy but are secure. There is a small gap in the inside units at the top so people could climb up and peep at your stuff if they wanted. I would strongly advise from putting small things near the top within arms reach of the neighbouring unit. Also the locking system of the indoor units is sort of complicated but secure if latched properly. There are a few parking spaces outside of the gate and the pull in from the road is short to the gate so it's hard to have a convoy. The price is fair however. All in all I guess you get what you pay for. I would recommend moving the keypad form the gate about 4 to 8 foot back. If there are more than a few people trying to get in then sometimes the customers block the road.

Storage so old and ragged I have the worse time getting my storage door shut...all the insolation is coming out the ceiling
