I have been renting at this location for as long as Debbie has been a property manage there. She has always given great customer service and has always been helpful when I had any problems with my unit. She is a great property manage and is always willing to go beyond to help her customers. Good priced units. The unit was moisture ridden, beams rusty. It needs paint to protect it. Cement was damp. If you use the units, get the moisture control stuff, Damp Rid, Damp Check, etc... only open to 9pm, could do better than 9pm. Has an app to help you enter and exit, pretty cool. Probably won't use it again to be honest. The moisture issue bothers me.
Went to Public Storage at 449 South Independence Blvd. The young lady EssencenSmith was very kind and appreciated she took her time to tell me what I need to rent a unit. Everything was nice and clean and she was very kind and professional. Thank you.
I came in today to ask about some boxes after being turned down by other places and essence made my day she was very polite had great customer service would recommend this location to anybody especially if essence is working you rock thank you so much!!
