Public Storage

This is a update on my review from 2 years ago.nIt wasn( 5 StarsnBrenda was very nice and helpful )nnI rented a 10X20. To store things in after my Wife past away. They gave me a discount on the second months rent. So I paid for three months upfront. Which took me through to December. I went online the beginning of December and paid another three months.nMid Jan I received a call from Public Storage that I owed 2 Months rent and almost $60 in late fees. I explained that I paid online in December. The said they could see the transaction , but it did not go through.nThey could not tell me way. ( I had the money in the bank) I asked why I did not get a call or email in December. They could not answer that either.nnI paid 3 months and the late fee.nIn February I went online to pay pay again and found that my rent had gone up $50.nThey raised it 2 more times for a total of 3 times by the end of the first year.nI was paying almost double the rentnIt took me another year to get my things out of there.nI had double knee replacement in Jan 2020 also and was off for 3 months then Covid hit.nI called them and said that I would pay but would be two weeks late.nI still had the late fees. Ok I expected that.nI did not expect to still get the phone calls every other day (Which each time I would tell them the same date I would pay them) and the emails threatening to sell my belongings.nnI would not rent from any of the Public Storage locations.

A thank you to Keith for his help today. I have been a customer for a long time and this past year has been tough. I was having trouble keeping up and Keith helped so that I won't have to struggle so much keeping up with my account.

Keith gives me great customer service all the time. I highly recommend this storage location.A+A+A+
