Great park. Lots of grass outside of part area. Very muddy after rain. Lots of teens in the evenings, but I just ask them to make way for the kids and they do. During day hardly anyone there.
Always finding used condoms in the play area. Would be nice if police patrolled the area better in the evenings. My children (ages 10 to 14 at the time) have been approached by people looking to find drugs. Pick a different park! Even though this one is closest, we go the extra half mile to salem woods.
It's a great park. It has a playground, basketball court and a wide open area to run around in. What I don't care for is the amount of trash left behind by the people using the park. Young people, don't leave your trash on the ground 3 feet away from the trash can.....Every one of you is better than that!! Let's do our part in keeping the park clean!!
My daughter loves this park. The play drums are very fun and realistic. Nice field and pretty trees as well
