Great park. A little piece of heaven. Maybe they could fill in paces that get flooded. Very muddy on parts of the trail.
Quite a nice park to visit with a clear and easy to hike path take circles the park at each end. There is a loose path labeled in the back. Today I went on a rainy day so make sure to bring rain boots as parts of the main paved trail gets flooded.nnThere is a playground two of them, a basketball court, playing field open and caged for games, a park office, but it is not staffed.nnA nice little getaway in the city with covered picnic shelters and uncovered benches to enjoy your meal. Sit back and enjoy the city view.
Kids playground. Large open field. Four baseball fields. Basketball court. Concession stand. Public restroom. Several tables and benches. Paved walking path.
A lot of the area paths were flooded as a result of recent weather. Messy to walk my pup. But usually beautiful and enjoyable.
I think this park has more to offer on a not so rainy day like today was. We covered only 1/3 of the trails. Very cool spot indeed.
