They have a deal buy 2 get 3rd free. The kiosk was very user friendly and it took less than 10 minutes to make the keys.

Unfortunately the three keys the machine made were all too thick to fit the mailbox lock I had them cut for. I have requested a refund through their website per their instructions. I will update this if I get the refund. All in all, I think I will go back to using a locksmith. UPDATE: Refund was issued promptly the same day within a couple of hours along with a nice email. I certainly cannot fault the company, and all I lost was my time, hence 3 stars.
