I was able to get a same-day appointment (on a holiday nonetheless). Billy called ahead to let me know he was on the way and get an idea of the problem I was having. He worked hard to un-jam my door lock but ended up having to replace the hardware. He was very upfront about the additional costs and got authorization from me ahead of time. Once installed, he took the time to fix an issue with the deadbolt plate alignment, which had been caused by the company that installed my door. He was friendly, courteous, and very fair in his pricing. Highly recommended!
