Best gym atmosphere! I cannot say enough positive things about Kempsville AF. I never have to wait for a machine, everything is super clean, equipment is top notch and the staff is awesome! If you want an outstanding gym experience, this is the place!
Great gym to get in in a good workout. The new owners are great and turning the place around. Not a CrossFit gym or a straight free weight gym. A great gym that has a bit of everything, to include a squat rack and power rack. Only a couple kettle bells, but the new owners are fixing that issue now. Everything you need to get a great workout.
If you’re looking to get away from the crowds at the big gyms this is your place. Super clean facility, friendly staff and all the essential equipment needed for a hassle free workout.
The new owners are fantastic and really devoted to building a better community in every way. Their facility is always clean and there's plenty of equipment to go around. Looking forward to everything they have in store!
My husband and I had great workouts there tonight. Their equipment is new and they have a lot of extra functional equipment to use plus lots of open space to move around.
