Great gym with the best equipment in all of Virginia Beach. It's never crowded and the owners are very nice and extremely helpful. Overall it's a great atmosphere to pursue any fitness goal, whether you want to lose 100 pounds or compete in the Olympia, it's definitely the place you want to be. Thanks!

Great gym! Had tons of equipment, including some equipment I haven’t seen in years! I love the “dungeon” atmosphere and would highly recommend this gym!nnP.S. owner was great and went above and beyond helping me. Make sure you call ahead to make sure someone is there to let you in for a day pass.
