Cole Electric was recommended to me by my neighbor who has never steered me wrong. My electrical problem was most concerning to me therefore, I called immediately. Being a Saturday, I expected to leave a message but instead got Carla and Andy who were so helpful, taking the time over the phone to troubleshoot the problem. Their main concern was knowing that my husband is disabled and on life support and was dependent on the repair. Dylan came out and he arrived in less than an hour. He was considerate, knowledgeable, informative and most efficient. He addressed the problem along with addressing other electrical concerns of mine. I would highly recommend Cole Electric Services, Inc. and will be referring them to others.

Replaced my house electrical panel and provided new panel with underground service to my garage. Excellent service. Completed work in about 6 hours. Minimal down time. Installation Looks real good and everything was well cleaned up after work was complete. Would highly recommend Cole Electric Services to anyone needing electrical work.

I contacted Cole electric to come out and trouble shoot my under cabinet lighting that had failed. Dylan showed up and worked through the issue in a timely manner. After finishing the job and cleaning up the final bill presented was reasonable to the work done. They are the only Electricians I will call when I need work done.

I have never left an online review before, but I felt compelled to relay my experience. I had an electrical issue and I called for these guys to come figure out and fix my problem. The rep. who answered the phone actually told me to call dominion power because it sounded like it was something they would fix for free. Sure enough dominion had me fixed and up and running within an hour!!! I am a single mama and I always have anxiety calling a repair company because of so many who have ripped me off in the past or at least tried to....never have I called a service type business and been advised to seek assistance elsewhere to save me money! I guarantee if I need electrical work in the future this is who I’m calling! Such a breathe of fresh air to encounter a company who hasn’t lost sight of their integrity!

Andy and Karla in the office were great/ easy to deal with. They got the job quoted and finished all in a timely manner. The guys on site were professional, courteous and cleaned up after the job was completed. All in all a great experience and we will be calling again for any further needs. Thanks.
