I’ve had experience with Nipper so they were my go to when I needed to have an exterior outlet moved to a netter spot. The process was easy from the beginning all the way through completion. Their staff is always super professional and their systems are all modern and easy to use. I got multiple notifications of confirmation and status and the works looks super professional. My installer McLean even went above and beyond what the code called for to give us an even better finished product and value. Another solid job by the team at Nipper!
Jacob was quick and thorough with his inspection and was ready to answer any question I threw at him. He took lots of pictures and was able to explain to my grandparents (who are less than tech savvy, mind you) what was going on in an efficient and professional manner. We haven’t locked in with any repairs yet, but we are likely to go with Nipper for repairs because they waive the inspection fee if we go with them, and they seem to know what they’re doing.
We had a portable generator hookup installed for the house. Cody did the site work and was professional and knowledgeable. So was Trey, who gave me a thorough education about what needed to be done on the phone before Cody came out. I highly recommend Nipper Electric.
Nick @ Nipper Electric was AWESOME! He quickly prepared the quote and got to work that same day! Total cost was below what my wife and I were expecting, workmanship was outstanding, he was very respectful, and minimized any disruptions to our 6yo in virtual school and our 2yo who needed her naps.nnWe are so happy with the results that we've already started looking at where we can upgrade other lighting in the house. Needless to say, we will definitely be calling Nipper Electric in the future.
