The line staff are very good and extremely helpful. Especially when doing a quick turn.
This is the one of the worse FBO experience I’ve ever had. I fly ERJ135 we landed there on February 28th. We picked up 25 passengers, we paid all the fees like we supposed to but we didn’t need belt loader so we said we just need a few ground personnel to help with bags but when passengers showed up none of the ground people helped us ( they said we didn’t get a belt load ). I fly with a 67 years old captain. They just stood there and watch me and my captain load the plane. When we were done I told one of the ground personnel that I will go online and leave a bad review. His response was Good Luck. They were so unprofessional and rude.
We were on a med flight and needed some go juice. Signature Flight Support treated us like visiting royalty. Well, maybe not, but I was nonetheless impressed by their friendly service and professionalism. Thanks a bunch!
Very well laid out lobby and seating area. Always very clean. Some pretty interesting artwork and views into hangars.nnNothing will ever beat flying private out of this facility. Nothing.
