Their scheduling of appointments at the Woodstock office is terrible.. I scheduled an appointment for 4:30. At 5:10 a woman who had been waiting was called back. I asked when I would be seen as I had an appointment and was told the woman who just went back at 5:10 had a 3:30 appointment. I was told the person who does the scheduling does not allow for walk in clients. I left and had my taxes done by someone else. Shame on H&R Block.

I've been using these people for 18 plus years now. You don't throw away nor stand by great people for nothing, they're awesome and we've built a relationship that's just awesome.

Mr. Hamilton had our tax info for weeks and didn’t return our phone calls until a couple of days before we would be late filing. We asked him to file an extension, he said he would and then didn’t. He seemed like he didn’t know what to do with taxes, despite being an accountant for decades. We eventually had to take our taxes elsewhere and pay a late fee. I absolutely do not recommend his services.
