Good prices, friendly employees
Terrible experience with this company. Had my storage unit about 6 months while in process of moving. When I went to unit to move items, I found the following:nn- Cat Urine Smell in unit. Please note that I don't/didn't own a cat.n- Mouse droppings over everything. Might explain why the cat was in the unit.n- Mold over all items with fabric. Had to throw away half the items in the unit including baby items I was holding for a pregnant friend. Realized that there were small holes in unit above and on sides where water, mice, and a cat made its way in.nnOf course Store-More said I signed a contract that said they were not liable for any damage. The lady there is a real piece of work and told me that all storage units have mice in them and that it rained a lot so I should have protected my items better to avoid mold. What a joke. They do not care about their customers and do not take care of their units properly. Spend a little extra money and use PODS!
Glad I chose them to store my stuff. Management is friendly and has always been helpful. 5 stars!
I've been here twice and both times always been satisfied the manager Lynn Davidson is always willing to help out and is a very sweet lady I recommend this storage facility to anybody
