This is the worst Subway. The people here are so rude and unfriendly. I ordered a CURBSIDE order. I parked on the curb, arrived early. Waited 5 minutes past my pickup time, then 10 minutes (yes, I did hit the “I’m here” button). Finally was through waiting, went inside and their was ONE customer in the restaurant, eating at the table!!! I walked in and grabbed my bag off the counter and walked out. Got to my car and the label clearly states “curbside”. I guess they just didn’t “see” it. Not to mention no one said anything to me and they didn’t make my wrap correctly. It was disgusting. This is the first time I’ve been back to this Subway to give it another shot since there aren’t many lunch places around West Point. I will NEVER go back. Your better off just going to the gas station to get an already made sub. Cheaper and customer service is a lot better.
Very clean, follow guidelines of Corvid. Friendly service will return in near future, would recommend to anyone.
I got the steak and cheese protein bowl and it was so delicious! Loaded with meat! Thank you Subway!!
Called to question something on the order and even double checked another piece when we got there. Great service.
Great place - ladies are always courteous and customer oriented. The new BBQ Rib sandwich is my new favorite. Discovered it today. Hope it stays on the menu.
