beautiful and quiet. met some nice ladies on horseback and was able to say hello to a handsome stallion. the view of the river is breathtaking. nice place for a picnic.nParts of the trail is gravel, so wear proper shoes and keep an eye on your furry friend's paws.
Such a cool place! Since moving to King William we have visited and hiked the trails multiple times. The main path in and out is always well maintained. Look forward to exploring more and possibly hunting and fishing there in the future!
Do not come here to hike or walk dogs between October and January.
Great place to ride horses. Nice wide trails and not too rocky or muddy.
This is an excellent piece of land, preserved for our enjoyment. A great place to walk your dogs, stretch your legs and just enjoy being outside. Seems popular for horseback riding, so keep your dogs under control. It obviously used to be a camp because the some of the old buildings are still there, just not functional. It's a diverse mix of woods and wetlands, with easy access to the river.
