I’ve been living in JSOJ for about 8 months and I haven’t had any issues with them. Every time I need something fixed it’s done in a timely manner. If I have questions, someone is always able to assist and ask. I moved in on a special so I didn’t have to pay a full security deposit and my move in was done quickly. My neighbors are nice and I don’t have any issues with noise or traffic. When I have visitors, they never have any issues. My kids like our apartment. I would recommend them to anyone looking to move into an apartment.nnI think they could work on getting more playgrounds, a pool, maybe a community room, and other activities for the kids to utilize.

Living at JSOJ so far as been awesome. I’ve had no complaints about living here. Kaley and Danielle has been so helpful throughout the moving in process. Everything was done in a timely matter. If I needed anything as far as maintenance, they were at my door in less than 30 minutes! Everyone is very nice. I love living here and I’m glad I made the decision by doing so!

Good place to stay I been here almost two years the People in the office are very helpful also the maintenance people are too when something wrong in my place they fix it immediately. I never really had an bad experience

Where should I start with this place. I’ve been living here for seven months now. Everything was all good when my boyfriend and I moved in but then roaches started coming out of no where. That eventually died down because the apartment management sprayed all the apartments. Then my next door neighbors moved out and the roaches were back smh.nDon’t be late on your rent that’s an extra $100 you will have to pay in fees. They say they’ll work with you but they won’t. And the rent has gone up twice since I’ve been living here NO that doesn’t apply to me but yes it makes me annoyed because these apartments aren’t all that for the amount their charging people. I feel like if people are paying that much for rent at least add a playground for the kids, a pool or gym on the grounds something.nSince I’ve been here I haven’t had to worry about anybody breaking in my car/apartment (but that’s about it) but one thing that really irks my nerves is when someone gets evicted they’ll throw the people’s belongings out and just leave them outside by the gate for weeks.
