I went to pay my property taxes and dealt with Kevin Brown and when I asked him to explain to me how it works because I was new to the area, he was very rude to me and I was shocked because someone in his position should be more professional. Don't ever move to Petersburg because this is the type of people that they allow to be city treasurer.
