If I could give them no stars honestly I would.nI’m very disappointed with this Jackson Hewitt location. They are not open on Friday’s or Saturdays. Then during the week they are only open until 5 and they have the nerve to stop taking clients sometimes at 3 or 4. It’s inconsiderate for the ones that work first thing in the morning and then get off at 5. We can’t even take part in the promotion because they are inconsiderate. Today I left work an hour early to take part in the promotion. Arrived at 4:08 exactly and they were not taking anymore clients. I was also told by the elderly women that is the secretary that they were not taking appointments until the promotion was over. Another lady walked in right after I walked out and I watched the lady give her an appointment. It’s just inconsiderate and they are insensible. It’s making me not want to part take in using Jackson Hewitts services and I have been a customer with Jackson Hewitt for years. Maybe it’s just this location but honestly, they need to keep things consistent. I love Jackson Hewitt but not this location.
