Caution to customers seeking services from Southern Air. This company is not honest. It took 2 short visits at 90$ a piece to tell us our whole air conditioning unit needed to be replaced for nearly 5k. We were also told it would take weeks to get the parts. After a second opinion the very next day, it took 2 days to fix a leak and replace a fan for under
They did a wonderful huge job for us several years ago. Called several times, left messages with the receptionist and voicemails, but no return calls. Very disappointing....
Excellent customer service, prompt, professionalism. Our first year generac generator check/maintenance work completed. All around a great company. Thank you, we do appreciate it.
