Jordan Mechanical has done work for our property in the past few years. This is a reliable company and always takes urgency to what they are working on. The owner and technicians are very experienced. They have installed our new HVAC unit and we are super impressed with the professionalism and good work. They are also very respectful and neat. They have also installed plumbing for our bathrooms & kitchen. They also do electrical work. They are definitely our Go To company! Talk about a 1 stop shop! Highly recommend this company!
We have been using them for years. Even now that we are in North Carolina they take care of her Virginia rental property A/C needs. Always honest. Always fair. Always good customer service.
This company is fantastic- they are quick to respond via telephone or text message ... the technicians are professional and friendly. They are also extremely reasonable with their prices - which is much appreciated ! I highly recommend this company and I will most definitely continue to use them in the future !
Scheduled a quote for work in our new house on a Thursday. Was told it would be ready by Monday. I called Wednesday and a very rude woman told me they were busy but “maybe by tomorrow.” It has been over a week and they clearly don’t need my business. I wouldn’t want such an unresponsive business doing anything in my house - they probably wouldn’t finish the job. Hard pass.
