You schedule me for an appointment. And that person wasn't there. The person in the office wasn't friendly or helpful. After a half hour we find out the person who schedule to do our taxes. It was his day off. So we left and went to H&R Block.

Do not use any of the tax offices in Williamsburg owned by this lady. She owns the one on Richmond road, the one on Merrimac Trail, and, the one at Lightfoot. She owes me money and will not contact me finish giving me my refund. I have called all the offices and left numerous messages, she will not return any calls. She does not follow through with what she promises, I think this is very dishonest. She definitely is not an American, if she were this would have been addressed.
