The weekday crew is always prompt and accurate with the order. I was there on Saturday 21 Nov and the crew could care less nor did the order taker give the amount. I like to be ready when I hit the window. Courtesy goes a long way and they didn't have it that day. Thus the 3 star is only improved by the weekday crew.

Had bad experience at Vinton location several months ago. Burnt chicken, 1 breast in 20 dollar fill up meal. Thought we would give another shot but at Rocky Mount location. Chicken was perfect,order was perfect, srrvice was perfect. Nothing else I can say. Restored my faith in KFC.

They serve burnt buns (for the new classic chicken sandwich) to their customers at this Rocky Mount, VA KFC and the ‘manager’ Debbie tells customers the buns are suppose to be like that! I didn’t get the feeling management truly cares when lodging a complaint, took them from March 12th to April 2nd to apologize. I have spoken with owner, Larry and store manager, Cane. They both say they never received any emails from corporate offices about my complaint, even though corporate continues sending email to them if there’s no response.

Chicken was good but realized when we got home had charged us $5.25 to much for our order

Food was perfectly cooked and fresh. Staff was helpful friendly and efficient. One star is lost due to the fact they do not serve potato wedges. It's the item that made me choose KFC over other chicken places. KFC will never be able to get 5 stars from me while they do not have wedges. KFC is great otherwise
