Bought my creative playthings swingset years ago, great swingset, the company however is really archaic in customer service , especially now, can you imagine in this day and age trying to place an order by phone because they are one of the few companies that doesnt do any kind of internet ordering at all ,nothing, got them on the phone once in two weeks, got run around, for another week , finally got the part information i needed, tried to call them back 100 times to order, nothing.. terrible customer service, i dont see this company in the future, too many other companies willing to take care of their customer base, good riddance.
Many years' experience, very good. Love it.
I do not like because they pay very cheap
