Great facilities! I'll always call it the RAC but very nice place to work out. What I see they follow all COVID safety procedures and I feel very safe there, even as a swimmer. New member but gonna be around for awhile!
After my spine surgery, I found that the heated therapy pool is perfect for exercise and this keeps me feeling better. Less stiffness in the legs and back. Love love this place. hot showers and friendly professional workers
I've been a member for most of the last 25 yrs. It is clean, I've only encountered one staff person who was not friendly in all that time. The people who come here are helpful, not competitive jocks. Swim instructors were great with both my kids and continue to be from what I observe.nLots of classes offered, several different weight machines available as well as cardio equipment.nWith the virus things are a little spread out and you have to look for your favorite equipment, also the pools have lots of restrictions. Hopefully this will resolve soon.

I’ve been going off and on to Roanoke and Botetourt Carilion wellness Centers. I have love both of them. I think the ladies locker room especially at Roanoke is great. Showers always clean and well maintained. Very friendly staff which is so nice. I really have missed it being closed lately. I’m looking forward to it opening.
