Great place to kayak or fish during the week! On the weekends it's reserved for a water-skiing club to use their motorized boats (although if you go early enough they might not be in the water yet). Make sure to get your free Walk-in Access Permit from the Utah Department of Wildlife website as there are signs posted everywhere that you must have one if you're over 14. The water was so warm, and we were the only ones there in the middle of the week.
Tricky to get into, but my 4 year old and I managed with arms full of fishing gear and camping chairs. Gorgeous place, although we did not catch a thing.
Went out this morning for some bass no luck but hooked up pretty quick when I switched to power bait for trout.
Great fishing spot. Large mouth bass aren't huge but the bite is consistent
Highly not recommended it stated that u need a permit thats fine I don't mind. The problem is that it stated on the sign free of charge and while filling out the paperwork to enter in it asked for my CC number no thx
