My 8am truck pick up got switch to this location from my preferred store by the puttputt golf course. Day before they change my pick up from 8am till 12pm without consulting me. I call them , get answering machine, no call backnI had help comin at 9am !!nThank god for corporate, they hooked me with in 8am truck elsewhere. Even though i had to drive an hour out of my way.
Should be zero star. I was charged for 10 ft truck (19$ per day) $90 for 4.30pm pickup and returning by 7.30am next day. I asked for 1 day and my return was booked to 4.30am return. This I did not know until I got a sms for its return. Hilarious, the store closed at 5pm. I asked him when the store opens tomorrow but the guy didn't want to go through the return and he insisted to drop the key instead even during the normal store hours. I thought then it was booked for 4.30pm return next day which I gad asked. I went tgere without reservation but I was asked to reserve online at the site itself. Although signal was weak I had to book quickly. Now, I am charged for two days plus 2x safe fees. Truck was excellent but be very careful here when you are dealing.
Professional and accommodating in my time of need. Highly recommend!
This place is falling apart, but they had what I needed when other spots didn't.
