From start to finish, the College Hunk experience in Charlottesville was excellent ! Lawrence called me back immediately and made arrangements on short notice to move a large heavy delivery with multiple packages down to and through our basement with multiple doorways and angles to navigate through. The crew led by Mike was excellent, professional and very careful. Everything was handled with care, meeting all challenges with a great attitude and competence ! Masks were worn and all three young men were polite. We are VERY happy with the service and will use them again and again. Thank you!!!!

I moved from a one bedroom unit to a two bedroom unit within my apartment complex, so it was pretty simple. College hunks was easy to get a quote from and coordinate with. They called me the day before to remind me of their arrival time and again when they were 10 min out, and they showed up on time. The two men performing the move were quick, efficient, and able to work without needing my constant supervision. They followed my basic instructions and had everything moved in well under the estimated time. I really appreciated how quickly they worked and that they prorated their hourly cost so I was only charged for the exact amount of time they spent working.

I used College Hunks to move contents of my 3BR home into a storage unit. They were very responsive from the process of receiving an estimate to the actual day of the move. I received a call and text reminder the day before the move. Due to the bad weather forecast they added additional people to help move my things quicker to avoid getting wet. They checked with me first. They arrived in the timeframe they said they would and the person who gave me the estimate also showed up. They loaded and unloaded the trucks quickly and efficiently. They were careful with my belongings and alerted me to a wet box and asked questions and for my permission to use a hand truck in the house and other things when needed. They were very communicative throughout the process. They finished in great time, maximized space in the storage unit, and the final cost was less than the quote. This is not a criticism, but I will add I had to touch up paint against the walls, but that is expected when moving large and bulky items down a steep set of stairs. There was no damage and I was expecting I had to touch up paint. I already booked them for moving out of the storage unit into my new home.

They responded rapidly and throughly to my inquiry and followed up closely. Their communication throughout the entire process was clear and thorough. They arrived on time and took great care and thought with moving some very awkward objects. I threw them quite a curveball at the last minute and they were able to adjust accordingly and provide me with great service. I highly recommend.
