Let me be clear, the food from the place is great. The staff is another matter. I came from Brooklyn where 'attitude' is the norm, but the demeanor of the person I spoke with tonight (4/3/2021) has soured me on Fabios. I ordered a pizza and some sides, over an hour later I had not received it so I called. Mistake.nnWhen I asked to check on the order to see what was up they told me it had been delivered. I said I didn't have it. Then, after actually checking they said it was sitting on the counter, and they had no control over the delivery service and it was 'my problem'. I wish I could accurately depict the level of bad attitude in words but I am sadly unable.nnI spent ten years working in and managing restaurants in NYC I know how hectic things can get, but you need to problem solve. If there is a problem with an order, you call the customer. Had any of my staff ever spoken to a customer the way the person spoke to me they would have been fired in a heartbeat.nnGood food, but not worth dealing with this person ever again.

This review is long overdue. We love Fabio's, not only the food, but also the customer service. We were treated with the utmost respect and the staff/management were so understanding and accommodating, especially at a time when we really needed it. Would highly recommend this pizza spot to anyone -- local or visiting!

There was no part of the extra large Pepperoni pizza that I got that didn't taste amazing. The Crust, sauce, cheese, and Pepperoni all tasted superb. The price was very reasonable and the customer service was extraordinary. The curbside pickup they offer made for an excellent experience and their scratch cards for free food with a purchase is an awesome idea. Not to mention what you get for collecting their pizza box tops. I will definitely be back again.

I got a pepperoni pizza, the garlic knots and a cannoli and everything was excellent! The pizza was a classic, not too doughy and the sauce to cheese to pepperoni ratio was spot on. I’m not usually a big fan of garlic knots as I always think they need more garlic but these were probably the best I’ve ever had! They were garlicky and soft. The cannoli was also great; the shell was crunchy and the inside was super creamy. The pickup procedure was great. They have a tent that you drive through if you ordered online and you sit there while they have someone bring it to you, so you don’t even have to leave your car!
