I will never go back to them again a guy named Jerry did my taxes to begin with he flew thru them in like 15min asked if I was filling any dependents I told him I had a daughter he still did not put her on my taxes did not ask if I was filling head of household then charged me over a 100 dollars to file them then I had to file a amendment witch someone else did turned out I got a good amount on federal back was getting over 500 back on state until the amendment got back in Jerry's hands again for some reason and now I'm getting nothing back from state he took all my state refund for payment I ended up paying them like $600+
