Gina was very professional and helped me to figure out the google experience I had in order to do a review being I did not have a google account. She was also very understanding as in last year Julie did my taxes and I had a appointment but was working the whole day and was unable to make it until Saturday. She was reassuring in everything I asked and never began without asking me if I had any questions first.nThanks so much for another year of well prepared taxes!
