Amazing Jumping Bean session with my two granddaughters. Halloween glow in the dark surprise today. The staff and facility was Covid ready. Very friendly and caring atmosphere. Love the Disney tunes and will continue making this a Friday morning stop. ud83cudf83
Set up by appointment and you have 1 hour of play time. Everything is wiped down and very clean and staff is very diligent with cleaning the balls kids play with. Staff is also very friendly and helpful. Had a great time and will definately be going back soon.
My family has been the last 2 weekends and we have throughly enjoyed our time. It is a wonderful facility to spend family time and let your children burn some energy! We witnessed the jump personnel sanitizing the dodgeball balls so our assumption is that they do have some COVID precautions in place. The front desk staff definitely needs some additional customer service training which is the reasoning for the 4 stars instead of 5. We were asking questions in regards to purchasing a membership (we could not find the answer on the website) and we were told to check the website for the answer. The front dress staff was also not personable at all which was odd to us considering it was a trampoline park. Overall the facility is definitely worth a visit!!
