Our cat is the reason people don’t like cats. Monticello animal hospital gets it and loves our cat. Dr. Anderson is consistently a great advocate for the health and well being of our cat. She has had some sensitive stomach issues on and off over the years and he is there to get her on track each time with patience, empathy to us and caring for her.
My cats have been going to MAH since Dr. Rose opened up shop on 5th Street. Since those early days, I think I have met every vet and tech who joined the team. In my opinion, they are top notch. My fur children have never had an adverse reaction to a staff member, and they have worked with me to find non-invasive treatments for kitties with long term conditions. I find them to be smart, kind, and easy to talk to.
The entire staff are God Sends. I have never had a bad experience. We had four fur babies. We had to make the difficult decision to let our big baby go. It was absolutely heartbreaking. They made it as easy as possible. They talked us about what would happen. They gave us as much time with her. With three older fur babies and they take their time with them. We couldn't ask for a better group.
Just wonderful. I've never felt like the people who work have been trying to sell me something, and it feels like they genuinely care about and want the best for my animals.
We had a cat that we had spent oodles on trying to figure out what was causing her sneezing. She had been scoped and our old vet consulted with multiple specialists. These guys figured it out in one visit. We have since moved all of our animals to their care and we have been pleased with the service.
