It takes forever! The service is very slow, I only got one tire change but it taking like 2-3 hours, and there’s only two car to get done and there only one car ahead of me and he’s only getting his oil change. It best to not come here if there are other places in town. This is the worst experience I ever have. It doesn’t even worth one star, if zero star is possible that what they deserves.
Managed to squeeze me in for a tire repair on Christmas eve when noone else would. I am extremely grateful. Their staff was also very helpful.
Came to get an oil change dropped car off at 2 PM called at 445pm they informed me they couldn't change my oil because the oil plug was tough to turn when I asked y they didnt call me they siad they lost my number I drive across the street to valvoline and was in and out in 20 min had no trouble with changing my oil and didnt have drop car off and pick up dont go to Walmart they are cheaper but couldn't even change my oil
Service is awful!!nI called to know information about an order that I made. And they either hang up or put me on hold.
Don't buy Walmart tires in South Dakota half the Tread was still on them and I was slipping and sliding. I had to buy Goodyear tires and they would not give me anything from my old ones that were just over a year old.
