My experience with the woman who was manning the front desk and answering the phone was negative to say the least. She was passive aggressive to me and my sister who called there. Though I don’t know much about cars - and I understand it can be frustrating when things aren’t described correctly - there is no need to be rude to the customer on the other end who doesn’t know all of the exact car vernacular. There at least needs to be a minimal level of professionalism when talking with someone who I’m probably going to pay $100 or more to, and I didn’t receive that at all. The car got fixed, but the customer service was subpar!
Parking lot was packed but i guess that's means they are thriving. He still managed to fix our car within a day and promptly allow us to pay very decent price and pick up asap. Very happy with the service and also the gentleman's kind customer service. Greatly appreciate your flexibility. We were recommended to you and i will continue to recommend others to you. Also felt trustworthy.
