We had Ambassador provide us two large buses and a drive-away vehicle for our wedding and they did such an amazing job. The day of they were on-time, excellent customer service, and got all of our guests safely to and from the venue! The best part was the service we were provided from the beginning. Keith and staff made it so easy to book everything, always were sure to follow up with us, and even with us having to change the hotel the day before the wedding, they were able to quickly changes plans and made it as painless as possible!!!nnCan't recommend them enough!

This past weekend 8 of us hired Ambassador Limousine to get us safely around Charlottesville. We had Ricky as a driver and he was AMAZING. Personable, friendly, and took the best care of us. About a month ago, I was at a wedding in the Charlottesville/Devil's Backbone region. Ambassador Limousine was hired for the job. I got so drunk, I left my Yeti cooler in the back of the van after the driver, Ricky, was so nice to look after it for me. My buddy also left his cell phone.nnWith the help of Ambassador Limousine, not only did my buddy find his cell phone in the van, they went out of their way to MAIL me my Yeti cooler with the booze not only still inside, they replaced it with a fresh handle of Tito's and a personal bottle. Way unnecessary!nnCustomer Service like this is hard to find these days outside of a Chick-fil-A! I am impressed, and hope that you will use this service when you are in Charlottesville!

We used Ambassador Limousine for our wedding to transport the bridal party around on the day of. Communication beforehand was easy - they responded quickly and answered all of my questions! We thoroughly enjoyed the 14-passenger bus and our driver was fantastic. A great experience - thanks again!
