First of all the cab was so clean and nice and smelt good, second off the driver was on time and lastly Curtis the driver was so personable and polite. I highly recommend this cab service to everybody.

Every time I have used yellow cab, it has been an absolute nightmare. I am willing to forgive some lapses of service, but Yellow Cab has no professionalism. Best case scenario is if your driver is only 15 minutes late. I have been flat out abandoned.
I specifically ordered a cab through their automated system to pick me up at the hotel for a ride to the airport. No cab showed.nnI finally got a hold of a human being and they dispatch one. Terrible service. Don’t use automated reservation.
