As always the service department scheduled my appointment and completed the maintenance within a reasonable time period. A sensor was also replaced during the service.

I had a terrible shopping experience at the used car department. My dad, a friend of his, and I stood in the lot for at least 10 minutes without anyone coming to see us. I understand it was cold and a Saturday, but it was as if nobody cared that we were there.nnI walked into the dealership and nobody was on the floor, just in their offices at their computers. When one of the salespeople saw me, he barely showed any energy to greet me.nnTheir sales consultant acted like he didn't have the time for me and was completely disinterested in winning over my business. His first words to me were about what price range I was looking for, and didn't have anything to say about the cars I had interest in test driving.nnI came in with specific makes and models that I wanted to test drive, and he instead told me that I should test drive a chevy equinox, which wasn't even what I wanted to drive.nnHe didn't come out to show any of the cars or explain the features. He just handed me the keys and basically said go for it. Who does that???nnI test drove the Equinox and the GMC Terrain and liked neither car. Additionally, the Terrain's upholstery was scuffed up and dirty. It's as if the dealership put no work into basic detailing. These cars are just sitting on the lot as if they were just abandoned/dropped off there last week.nnAnyway, none of the consultants seemed remotely interested to sell, and Steven Lust for sure lost a potential sale. I'll also make it a point to tell my friends to avoid this used car dealership.nnI can't speak about the main lot, but this was an awful experience overall.nnI visited almost every other dealership in Aberdeen over the weekend and each one had salespeople who were actively engaged with their customers. All the other dealerships were friendly and accommodating.nnSteven Lust's people just seemed to have better things to do like surf the internet or watch college football on their computers instead of helping their clients.nnAwful.
