Very disappointed!nnI contacted the service department for a simple driver’s side broken mirror, they asked me to bring the de truck for an estimate. Upon arrival the person who had spoken with me at the phone was at lunch(understandable). I requested the other guy to take a look at the truck and tell the other person what it was needed but he refused and asked me to wait dor the other person to return from lunch.

Salesman was great. Vehicle lasted 2 days before the check engine light came on and now I’m looking at $438 to repair it. I know it’s a used vehicle but should have lasted longer than 2 days before money had to start being dumped into it. Wouldn’t recommend this dealer for this reason. Regretting my purchase and now worried I got a money pit to deal with. Dealer wouldn’t even negotiate on repair. Wished me luck and told me I should have bought $3000 warranty. Vehicles aren’t clean either even though they know you’re coming to look at it. Really wish we would have walked away. Not an honest dealer and doesn’t care about customers at all. Should have kept the tool they left behind in the engine and sold it to recover some of my repairs. Greedy!!
