Ordered on their app and was charged a total of 9 times and was told nothing they could do about it until Monday! So paid them almost $200 and nothing they could do, even showed them my bank account listing and still nothing. Was told I’m sorry they are only pending transactions, call corporate on Monday! Should of had a nice steak dinner for that $200. Fries were fresh so at least I got hot $200 fries. The way they acted doubtful I get my money back.
Food is good usually but since the spicy nuggets have been out all the normal nuggets have some spice also and to be blunt I hate spice. My guess is they’re probably all fried in the same oil.. As a helpful tip maybe there is a way that could possibly be resolved for people who don’t handle spice well. Thanks for considering this.
Curbside service great, order was missing items so app and service needs some work.
Fast service through the drive thru food was hot and felt totally safe dealing the staff!
Very impressed, it's been 5yrs since we have been in town and in the past we had to dbl check our order for mistakes. We are back in town and have stopped a few times now and our orders have been 100% correct. The service has been great and the food was hot and fresh! Definitely a great place to eat!!!
