From the moment we spoke on the phone the young lady made us feel like we were a part of her family. My mother was very hard to convince that she needed assisted living at 83. The young lady would visit mother often . Letting her know that she will always be there so when she’s ready . 7 weeks later mom said I want to go visit with that sweet lady . 3 years later and she still loves her home at Brookdale.

Exceptional staff who are always there to help the residents with all their needs. Along with an amazing activities manager, she’s always coming up with wonderful ideas to keep them active even during COVID-19. She goes room to room to take them goodies .

I have worked here at Brookdale for close to 2 years. It’s a wonderful family atmosphere with the staff and the residents. I would recommend this community to my friends and family. There a great common areas, large dinning room, apartments with kitchens, an large closets. The outside grounds are well kept and offers lots of setting to relax outdoors. The dinning menu offers residents several choices at each meal and the keep a seasonal menu as well as delicious desserts and hot coffee. The care staff go above and beyond to take care of the wonderful people that live here. The residents get to stay active with two Exercising classes each day. Shopping trips weekly and dinning out twice a month. Also church services and devotions weekly to attend. The residents really enjoy thirsty Thursday wine and juice tasting, and theirs even a book club an a cooking club, I give this community 5 stars because of all it has to offer the young senior aging group.

Cassie was wonderful during the whole process. My grandfather is extremely happy with the community and I recommend it to everyone that is looking or even thinking about assisted living.

Brookdale Bristol is a fantastic facility. From the kitchen to housekeeping they will do anything you need for your family! It's a great place to live and work!
