Great team. Had out way quicker than the other guys and costs half as much. And service in nearly dead zones like mine

I understand with the covid deal everyone has rules and regulations.nAfter spending 15 to 20 minutes in my car and knowing 2 or 3 more people were in the front of me I went to let them know I had decided to come back later.nThe fellow who came back to the door started to tell me they had regulations and I explain to him I understood that.I then ask for a business card because all I had was a question. He said yeah we have them but it would just ring cause the phones had been cut off. What a Verizon cell phone place had no phones.nAlso there were 2 or 3 guys sitting at the desk one could have easily answered my questions.nI guess I will be going to a different location.nAgain a cell phone place with no phone. I would hope Verizon Corporation would get in touch with me

I've been with Verizon for a little over 2 years,I had 2 phones and 2 lines and a tablet, the first year bill I was paying on 4 lines 3 phones and a tabletI purchased, I only had 2!! They refunded me 400.00, then last year I purchased 2 sets of beats headphones and a phone case, they sent me 2 headphones the case and a 400.00 camera that I sent back, they also charged me for 3 sets of headphones not 2 which makes them owing me 650.00 this had been 6 months ago with no refund at all! Now I have 3 phones and 3 lines, 1 of the phones is paid for but they are still charging me for it??? And my phone bill is always over 400.00 and have had it go up to 700.00 THIS IS TOTAL BS!!!!! Not to mention how many hours I've sit on the phone trying to get this straightened out. Also the people I've had contact with have have any brains at all.

Not sure the point of the store. The folks were nice but knew little about the phones they sell.
