My finger slipped while trying to screenshot something & suddenly I was locked out of my phone. I'd had it over 4 years & never experienced this problem. I went to the store the next morning & explained what had happened. The girl working checked out the phone, pulled up my account, looked up the issue & had it fixed in a minute. She explained what had happened & gave me instructions on how to fix it if it ever happened again. She also looked up the 2 more recent versions of my phone, explained the differences & showed me the display models in the store. I was there less than 15 minutes. It was the best experience I'd had in any cell phone store ever! She was amazing!!! I would DEFINITELY recommend this location!

We were very fortunate to work with a terrific representative, Jared, to help us choose our new phones. Very attentive listening skills to understand our needs and desires before providing phone suggestions and programs. As grandparents, we take lots of pictures of grand children, message many family members and friends during these COVID times, and were looking for better ease of use. I still work so speed, functional social networking, better speakers and organization are important. Jared helped us each choose the right phone. Huge store, 3 of us within 3 feet of each other, one not wearing mask properly while background announcements describing all of the COVID precautions they are supposed to be taking. Told them what I wanted when I walked in and had to listen to multiple sales pitches about other products while I continued to ask about what I wanted. FINALLY able to order what I went in for after 30-some minutes of worrying about exposure risk.
