We went to him to do a bankruptcy we gave him 400.00. We come to find out he is not allowed to do them. In the mean time of going to him we tried to contact him and his phone number is disconnected. I went to his office to get my file and get my money back he gave me my file but it had other people's information in it. I also asked him for my money back since he is not allowed to do them. He did not put the money into a client assistance fund. He spent it for his personal use. And he told me if I would try to get my money back or anyone else in small claims court he would file bankruptcy.

Does a very poor job. Only cares about the money but does not do the work.
