One of this companies pipes exploded sending water 20 feet in the air, breaking windows and flooded the first floor of our newly bought home with 4 feet of water and mud. That was 2 months ago and our home has still not been repaired. My husband is a disabled veteran dependant on oxygen. We only have 1/2 the electricity working, and our first floor was gutted. Their insurance company is avoiding us, no one will help us.
I'm appalled, disappointed and so angry in this so called community minded business who wont repair what their shoddy workers destroyed.
For the last two years I have been asking Weber Basin to locate their master valve to my property. With the least amount of effort, they have wondered around aimlessly failed to find even a proximity to help me with. Now I am being to to start digging, for it is not their responsibility. Which is another excuse for a big company to not do their job. I state this knowing for a fact , their smaller sister company would not leave the property without locating and permanently logging its location. I suspect had the bill not been paid , its location would most definitely be found.
The water conservancy is a great resource. They have great educational resources as well as a good garden to showcase a variety of different water wise plants.
Took a tour here. It was really cool and educational.
