Best place ever
If there is one thing to take away as having been a student at Makefield, the teachers were always amazing.
My child attended Makefield elementary for two years. As a mother of a bi-racial child I can tell you that I would not recommend this school.nnThe administrative team is unresponsive to parent needs, the kindergarten curriculum was not rigorous enough for any child who attended preschool prior to entry and diversity was not celebrated but negatively stereotyped and pre-judged by the educational team. My family made a decision at the end of first grade to relocate to another school district that mirrored our goals of high academic rigor and acceptance and celebration of differences.
Love this school it is my last year here as a student
