I used to think ultra mart was a great store, friendly workers, decent prices, and is right down the street, walking distance from my house so very convenient for my family and I. Well the other day my brother decided to go in and buy some scratch tickets (my brother has a learning disability and a speech impediment) my brother had asked for a couple of $2 tickets and the cashier grabs two $10 tickets. My brother had cought on and spoke up and said I had asked for the $2 ones sir and the cashier was trying to say all sales are final and wouldnt exchange the tickets even tho my brother had not handed him the money yet or made the purchase. The cashier was trying to make my brother pay more money and make the sale even tho my brother had asked for something else. The cashier was trying to take advantage of my brothers disability! So if you go into ultra mart be careful because they will try to take advantage of you especially if you have a disability!! My family and I will NO longer be giving them any business!

I just purchased $26. In gas at the pump.nI then looked at my debit card to find a $74 deposit for the gas. I'm working with the corporate office now to fix it I hope.nBeware

I go there often and the guy the works most morning is nice and polite, the other girl, She always greets me and always ask me how am I doing. The other lady, she , she never says hi, always watching tv, never offers to bag stuff and worst of all, she never says bye, or thank you... I don’t know why but small things like this really makes a huge difference, otherwise, I feel that people won’t resist the idea of replacing human cashiers for Robots, and I am sure they will always say thank at least. Not a lot of variety, but they do have smoking pipes and Masks!! The rude lady there should get one too!
